COMPLAINT AND WHISTLEBLOWER SCHEME

Raundahl & Moesby aims to achieve high moral and ethical standards in our relationships with all parties – whilst also consistently prioritising sustainability, biodiversity and social engagement with the less fortunate.

We appreciate, however, that construction processes can pose challenges and our construction sites can also give rise to conflict and misunderstandings with neighbours, commuters, suppliers, sub-contractors, employees or members of the public.

By means of this platform, we provide the opportunity to register complaints or concerns regarding our professional activities and moral obligations. In the first instance, we encourage all parties to directly contact the person you wish to complain about and, hopefully, by means of constructive dialogue, resolve any issues.

If your complaint relates to a specific construction site, we encourage all parties to contact the relevant construction management team responsible for the site. Our on-site construction offices are normally staffed during regular office hours.

If you find that these channels unsatisfactory then you can address concerns to the following members of the Raundahl & Moesby management team:

Construction sites on Zealand; Director East, Morten Jensen, phone: +4561151583 – email: mj@raundahl-moesby.dk

Construction sites in Jutland and Funen; Technical Director, Per Falstie Jensen, phone: +4529465160 – email: pf@raundahl-moesby.dk

General matters; Legal Staff, Dorthe Krabbe Lyngs, phone: +4520900377 – email: dkl@raundahl.moesby.dk

If your complaint involves matters which require confidentiality, you can contact our Chief Legal Office, Kristian Skaarup, phone: +4520990299 – email: ksk@raundahl-moesby.dk, who, as a qualified lawyer, is bound by rules of confidentiality.

It is also possible to reach out anonymously to our complaint process system in that we have established a whistleblower scheme which complies with relevant legislation. This involves an external third-party company which ensures both confidentiality and anonymity for complainants.

It is important to note that when confidentiality and anonymity are requested it may hinder or delay the remedy of potential issues. For instance, if someone feels harassed by an individual associated with Raundahl & Moesby and no specific information regarding when, where, or who is involved, it can be very difficult to address the issue in anything other than a general manner.
